Women leading AI in HR
The future of HR, led by you, powered by AI.
A practical, hands-on 4-week program supporting HR professionals to use AI with confidence, judgement, and influence across people, systems, and organisations.
Next cohort starts 3 March 2026
Why this program exists
AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday HR work.
HR professionals are increasingly expected to engage with AI across people processes, HR systems, and organisational decision-making, often without clear guidance or shared language.
Women Leading AI in HR was created to meet this moment.
The program helps HR professionals build confidence and capability, so they can engage with AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and credibly in real HR contexts.
Who the program is for
This program is designed for HR professionals who want to build confidence using AI in real HR contexts.
The program is suitable for:
emerging HR leaders stepping into broader advisory or leadership roles
established HR leaders influencing people practices, systems, or decisions
practitioners who want to understand how AI fits into their day-to-day work
No technical background is required.
Curiosity, judgement, and a willingness to engage thoughtfully are what matter most.
What makes this program different
This is not a technical or coding course.
Women Leading AI in HR focuses on how AI actually shows up in HR work, and the judgement required to use it well.
The program is:
grounded in real HR scenarios
discussion-led and practical, rather than lecture-based
focused on confidence, judgement, and influence not tools alone
Participants work with AI directly, while building the language and confidence needed to guide informed conversations with leaders and teams.

For organisations
Women Leading AI in HR is delivered as a small cohort program and is also available for in-house delivery.
In-house programs adapt the core framework to your organisation’s context, HR systems, and governance requirements.
While the public cohort is designed to support women in HR leadership, in-house programs can be delivered to mixed or broader HR teams, with the same focus on practical capability, sound judgement, and responsible use of AI.
