Why this program exists

AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday HR work.

HR professionals are increasingly expected to engage with AI across people processes, HR systems, and organisational decision-making, often without clear guidance or shared language.

Women Leading AI in HR was created to meet this moment.

The program helps HR professionals build confidence and capability, so they can engage with AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and credibly in real HR contexts.

Who the program is for

This program is designed for HR professionals who want to build confidence using AI in real HR contexts.

The program is suitable for:

  • emerging HR leaders stepping into broader advisory or leadership roles

  • established HR leaders influencing people practices, systems, or decisions

  • practitioners who want to understand how AI fits into their day-to-day work

No technical background is required.
Curiosity, judgement, and a willingness to engage thoughtfully are what matter most.

What makes this program different

This is not a technical or coding course.

Women Leading AI in HR focuses on how AI actually shows up in HR work, and the judgement required to use it well.

The program is:

  • grounded in real HR scenarios

  • discussion-led and practical, rather than lecture-based

  • focused on confidence, judgement, and influence not tools alone

Participants work with AI directly, while building the language and confidence needed to guide informed conversations with leaders and teams.

Program Structure

  • Four-week program

Designed to build capability progressively, without overload.

  • Live virtual sessions

Join from anywhere, with real-time discussion and facilitation.

  • 90-minute workshops

Enough time to go deep, reflect, and apply.

  • Small cohorts

Capped at 15 participants to support meaningful discussion.

What you will walk away with

By the end of the program, you will:

  • feel more confident engaging in AI conversations at work

  • have clearer language to explain where AI adds value and where it introduces risk

  • be able to use AI to support your work without compromising judgement or ethics

  • feel better equipped to advise leaders and stakeholders

Learning is hands-on and grounded in real HR scenarios, with guided exercises and peer discussion rather than technical instruction.

“I came in unsure. I left with clarity, language and practical ways to use AI in HR. It was real, grounded and exactly what I needed to lead with confidence.”

— Tara, Chief People Officer - Harrison AI

For organisations

Women Leading AI in HR is delivered as a small cohort program and is also available for in-house delivery.

In-house programs adapt the core framework to your organisation’s context, HR systems, and governance requirements.

While the public cohort is designed to support women in HR leadership, in-house programs can be delivered to mixed or broader HR teams, with the same focus on practical capability, sound judgement, and responsible use of AI.
